Payments; Automatic Payments
All purchases are subject to availability and charged at the time of purchase, whether the items purchased are in stock or offered on a pre-order basis. If you are paying electronically (e.g., by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Venmo or other online payment account service), you grant us permission to charge your provided payment method for all amounts due, including any payment plan, subscription package, or other automatic payment options you have chosen, without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt via email for all payments made. To the extent necessary for processing your payment, you authorize us to share your payment information and related instructions with our third-party service providers.

When will my items arrive?
We strive to deliver your purchase promptly, and orders are processed for delivery in the order received. Although delivery timeframes can vary, most in-stock items delivered within the continental United States are delivered within 2 – 4 days of shipment. International orders will take longer depending on your country and their customs laws and regulations. You will receive a shipping notification with a delivery estimate and tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way. If your shipment does not arrive please refer to your tracking number.

What items are returnable?
Full price items
Items must have original tags still attached to them
You can return your unused item with the tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Please use the attached return label. You have 30 days to initiate the return. After that time, your items will not be eligible for return. 

What items are NOT returnable?
“Final Sale” items
Items worn or damaged after purchase
Items that do not have the original tag still attached
Customized items received as ordered
Items whose return window has lapsed
Sample sales and pop-up sales are considered final sales; no exchanges or store credits will be given
All patterns
All online courses
All in-person teaching

What’s the process for returns?
Repackage your item, use the return label provided and stick it onto the package. Drop off your package to the Return Mailing Service Provider (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) within 30 days after you received your physical item.

When will I receive my refund?
After your returned items are received and inspected by our team to ensure they are returnable, you’ll get your refund notice within 3 business days. Depending on bank processing times, it can take up to 2 weeks before those funds are returned to your account, which may be during your next billing cycle.

What’s the process for exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
